Privacy Policy

Data collected

When you use Aivid, we may collect:

• Company name, contact email, and role submitted through the audit intake form.
• Business operations pain points and process details you share during the audit.
• Server logs including IP address, user-agent, and request timestamp.
• A visitor identifier stored in localStorage by the Polsia Analytics beacon.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by Stripe.

How it's used

Your data is used to:

• Conduct the AI operations audit and produce your automation roadmap.
• Deliver your daily digest and follow-up communications.
• Respond to booking requests and support queries.
• Improve the accuracy and relevance of the audit engine.

We never sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.

Retention

Prospect and audit data is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then permanently deleted. Server logs are purged after 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Contact below.
