Aivid provides an autonomous AI audit agent that maps your business processes, scores each process for automation opportunity on a 0–100 scale, and produces a ranked automation roadmap. The service is delivered as a software-as-a-service subscription or a one-off engagement, as agreed at the time of booking.
The service is provided "as is". Aivid makes no warranty, express or implied, that outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Automation scores and roadmap recommendations are indicative only. Clients are responsible for their own implementation decisions and for validating any recommendations before acting on them.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. For clients based in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies to the extent required by law, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under that legislation.
